On February 17, 1916, 250 boarders of the high school of the Piarist Fathers of Sarrià visited the works of the Sagrada Família. Don Anton, at his sixty three years, reminded his studies in the high school of the Piarist Fathers of Reus, and the devotion that the little office of the Virgin, that they were praying every Saturday, had woken up him for the liturgical knowledge that one day he had to apply as architect in the work to which he was dedicated. He said that it was pleasing him to see the interest of the Piarist Fathers preparing the youth that one day has to happen to the current protectors of the Temple, and perhaps the continuers in the direction of the works. Gaudí's face encouraged radiant: "This pupil’ of the Piarist Fathers visit brings me the perfume of distant recollections. On the Piarist School my first years slipped, and there my first prayers were the psalms and verses contained in the "little office", golden book of my liturgical affections; and in its classrooms I learned the God's holy dread; and for this I never forget to so beautiful religious institution, admiration of the centuries and the one that relies on any more sympathies". The students brick forth in a delirious ovation, happening the victors to Mr. Gaudí and to the disciple of the Piarist School; while the honored one, affected, was cheering to the Piarist Fathers. The father Rector said that only was doing the request to the assembled ones to all in order that God preserves many years the life of the celebrated gentleman, and that should pray to such intention a paternoster. All the pupils revealed themselves and made an ovation at length to don Anton. They went on to the Crypt. After the benediction with the Holiest Sacrament, done the reservation, it was sung a Gregorian Salve and all the voices joined in one. Teachers and disciples and ex disciples were singing to the unison and among them don Anton, since he was doing it in his infantile years.
